Urusan Teknologi Wawasan Sdn Bhd (UTW) is a joint venture between Malaysia Airports Management and Technical Services Sdn Bhd. The organization solely is responsible for airport maintenance and operations in Malaysia. UTW’s core business is providing operation and maintenance services for buildings facilities and our services include energy conservation and testing and commissioning. UTW is one of the largest engineering, infrastructure, construction, energy and utility companies in the region.

The Challenge

Urusan Teknologi Wawasan Sdn Bhd (UTW) required their existing asset maintenance application to be re-designed and upgraded to latest software version with additional features of managing assets and scheduling the maintenance and service. The system required was to be integrated with email features too.

The Solution

Computerized Maintenance Management System, a comprehensive way of maintaining assets and managing resources and is compatible with ISO Standards. CMMS include all systems required to sustain the airport facilities’ operations, Equipment management, Work Planning Control, Schedule Maintenance, Budget and Costing, Maintaining Resources, Purchases and Store management systems.
